$105 per month covers defined primary care services without copays for provider visits.
Vitality Care serves adults 18+ and does not provide pediatric care, school forms, or vaccine management.
You work with the same Nurse Practitioner who understands your history, goals, and care plan.
Support includes prevention, lifestyle coaching, biomarkers, metabolic health, and healthy aging conversations.
DPC is NOT health insurance. Members should maintain insurance for emergencies, hospitalizations, and services outside the membership.
Services
Wellness evaluations, preventive screening guidance, health goal tracking, lifestyle counseling, and ongoing adult primary care support.
Common concerns such as colds, flu, sinus symptoms, allergies, UTIs, minor skin concerns, GI complaints, and work notes when clinically appropriate.
Vitality Care can help arrange labs, imaging, and specialist referrals. Labs are not covered in DPC and are an additional charge in most circumstances; patients may personally submit claims to insurance for reimbursement if desired.
Healthy aging care may include hormone optimization conversations, metabolic medications, select supplements, labs and biomarker tracking, skin care, stress management, sleep support, wellness, preventive care, and cancer screening guidance.
When clinically appropriate, GLP-1 and dual GIP medications may be prescribed to complement obesity management as part of a broader individualized plan.
Membership
Membership gives Virginia adults a direct relationship with a Nurse Practitioner for virtual primary care, acute concerns, prevention, and health optimization.
This is a membership arrangement, not health insurance. The monthly fee covers only services included in the membership agreement.

No. Direct Primary Care is NOT health insurance. It is a membership arrangement where patients pay a recurring fee for access to defined primary care services. Members should keep insurance for emergencies, hospital care, surgeries, and services outside the membership.
No. Pediatric-specific growth tracking, vaccine management, developmental screening, acute health concerns, and school forms are best suited for hands-on examination by a pediatric or family medicine clinic.
No. Vitality Care is a telemedicine-only clinic. You must be physically located in Virginia at the time of your telemedicine visit.

Depending on your location, laboratory sites can be found by ZIP code. Vitality Care can help arrange those locations and, in many instances, can provide direct lab testing in your own home.

Anti-aging and longevity are broad terms for interventions intended to support healthy aging. They are not age reversal. Recommendations are individualized under shared decision making and evidence-based practices.
Emergencies require in-person evaluation. Call 911 or visit your nearest emergency room. Vitality Care recommends keeping health insurance for emergencies, hospitalizations, surgeries, and care outside the membership.
Membership is month-to-month. Cancellation details are governed by the Membership Agreement Terms and Consents.
